The author has studied literature on educational and psychological aspects of fitness training in preschool children, has given definition of motor skill and has described its forming stages in preschool children. Motor skill development methods designed by A.V. Keneman, E.Ya. Stepanenkova, N.V. Poltavzeva have been expanded and specified. The author has set forth methods of step-by-step physical fitness training in pre-school children. Eхperimental check has determined educational tasks and duration of each step, has outlined correlation of visual and oral methods. The determined tasks of each step of motion training are as follows: the first step forms an elementary concept of motion and its sequence, the advanced step specifies details of physical exercise, improvement and consolidation step brings the skill into an active game and creative task.
