THEORETICAL BASIS OF DEVELOPMENT SOCIOCULTURAL CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS LANGUAGES AND CULTURES OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The article presents the author’s approach to the organization of the educational complex as a cultural center in the city. Complex sociocultural conditions was developed based on an analysis of the scientific literature, the study of the internal environment of an educational institution (SWOT), external environment (PEST), constructing the tree project “Socio-cultural development of children and adolescents on the basis of the development of the languages and cultures of foreign countries” and includes are the formation of a scientific outlook in children and adolescents (in accordance with their age), promotes awareness of human capabilities in a modern metropolis sociocultural environment, countries of the world; the inclusion of children and adolescents in active social and cultural activities that promote the development of the languages and cultures of foreign countries, using extensible capabilities educational complex ;development in children and adolescents sustained motivation for the development of the languages and cultures of foreign countries; development interest of parents, representatives of local authorities and the public in support of socio-cultural initiatives of children and adolescents ;increase the competence of teachers in the field of development of teenagers and the languages and cultures of foreign countries.
