THE SYSTEM OF FORMATION OF EMPATHIC CULTURE OF FUTURE TEACHERS AND PEDAGOGIC CONDITIONS OF ITS EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING

The essence of the concept «empathic culture» in relation to future teachers reveals, its main components are characterized in detail. The system of formation of empathic culture of future teachers are based on the complementary methodological approaches describing in detail in the article: the system- oriented, culturological and person-activity. The component structure of system of formation of empathic culture of future teachers are characterized including: the motivational-aimed, the organizational-activity, the test-estimative and the analitico-correcting components. Functioning of the developed system of formation of empathic culture of future teachers is provided with a complex of pedagogical conditions: realization of discipline for choice «a reflexive training workshop», introduction of situational tasks to variable obligatory disciplines, enrichment of programs of teaching practicum with volunteerism.
