This article shows the characteristic features of preparationof bachelors and masters for the high-tech companies. The preparation is based on technology innovation center in engineering, in Tomsk Polytechnic University. To ensure effective preparation of students for professional work development of their professional competencies and technical intellect, it was developed and applied software training, simulating production and research of engineering needsan information technology training.At results of the experimental studies of formation of professional competence and technical intelligence in bachelors we can conclude that of the developed and implemented educational information technology in the process of preparing the future bachelors engineering is effective.
