SELECTIVE SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AS A COMPONENT SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS

The article describes the main approaches to the essence of selective support and represented the core characteristic of selective support the development of regional spheres of professional educational services. Found that selective support - this type of policy is independent of the state, due to regional development model (“efficiency”/”equality”) selected by the state at this stage of socio-economic, and characterized by transparency and mandatory social, address, target oriented. Revealed that selective support is based on principles of social justice and nodal, ie such spatial development of the economy, which not only provides a reduction of regional disparities in socio-economic status of the region and the quality of life of the population, citizens equal opportunities and promoting human development, but and global competitiveness of the regions. Identified ways to support the development of selective regional sphere of professional education services. Found that selective support the development of regional spheres of professional educational services - it’s part of the socio-economic development of the region and the imperative to improve the quality of life of the population.
