THE FORMATION OF JUDICIAL COMPETENCE ON SPORT IN STUDENTS PHYSICAL UNIVERSITIES USING MULTIMEDIA TRAINING PROGRAMS

The message deals with the problem of judicial competence on sport using modern information technologies, the definition of judicial competence on sport considered both the professional competence of judge on sport with knowledge of the rules of competition for individual sports, able to measure the results of athletes in competitions, able to take adequate and quick decisions in various situations, sporting competition, revealed the structure, content, features and pedagogical possibilities of individual modules developed by the multimedia multipurpose training program on rules and refereeing of competitions in artistic gymnastics presented the results of the study of the efficiency of its use in the learning process of students sports universities.
