MAIN AREA OF RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

On the basis of the analysis of trends in the development of means of modern information and communication technologies is considered the main directions of research and implementation of its results in the field of physical culture and sports. With specific examples given by analysis of the opportunities and prospects for use of modern information and communication technologies to solve problems in physical culture and sports in the following areas: 1) the system of training specialists in physical culture and sports; 2) sports training; 3) organizing and conducting athletic competitions; 4) Physical Culture; 5) organization of research and methodological work; 6) The diagnosis of functional systems of athletes; 7) monitoring of the physical condition and health of the students; 8) psychological testing; 9) information and methodological support and management of the educational process in educational institutions and sports organizations. The problems considered in this paper will enable more targeted conduct research related to the use of modern information and communication technologies in physical culture and sports and implement their results in practice to solve the basic tasks assigned to the branch “Strategy of development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020 “.
