INNOVATIVE EDUCATTIONAL PROCESS AS BASIS OF MODERN SPECIALIST TRAINING

Modern stage of society development puts forward a number of new demands to the system of professional education and one of them is to improve the quality of education. It was shown that one of the ways to improve the quality of education is to improve the educational process. Such terms as «educational process», «innovations», «innovations in education», «innovative process» and «innovative educational process» are considered in the article as well as some criteria of innovations. The substance, nature and principles of the innovative educational process are revealed. The authors having a long-term experience in the fields of research and teaching describe the methods of innovative technology introduction as well as interactive education contributing to personality development of the students. The research group came to the conclusion that it is really necessary to introduce innovative technology in education as it contributes to training of highly-qualified specialists who are in great demand in the labour market.
