THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS IN THE SYSTEM OF SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ART-AESTHETIC ORIENTATION

Additional education is an essential resource for the development of other education systems. The basis of the educational process in the secondary education of children is to implement additional educational and predprofessional′nyh programs that go beyond the Basic. On the content of the additional education of children is a variety of destinations covering different spheres of life. We have identified features of the educational process in secondary education require specific professional teacher continuing education as a whole. In order to examine the nature of teachers ‘ further education and artistic-aesthetic orientation we have divided them into two large groups: leaders of the artistic circles (izostudij) and children’s art schools, teachers in the education system in the sphere of culture. Obŝeprofessional′naâ competence of the head of the artistic circle (art Studio) and teacher of children arts school is characterized by obŝepedagogičeskoj and therefore identical. Their general industrial competence is determined by the nature and content of the fine arts, in comparison with a teacher of fine art, it is characterized by a profound immersion in artistic and creative activity, the narrower the specific tasks that the teacher can decide to engage children in creative activity.
