THE MODEL OF FORMATION IN HIGH SCHOOL ANDRAGOGICAL THE READINESS OF FUTURE EMPLOYEE OF LIBRARY-INFORMATION SPHERE

Today the necessity and importance of the problem of formation in high school readiness library and information workers interact with older users, i.e. andragogical readiness determined by a number of reasons: modernization processes of modern Russian education, including higher professional, adult education, as well as tendencies of development of the librarianship, consider the interactions with older users of the library as a master andragogical process, the implementation of library and information worker andragogical functions. This article gives the definition of andragogical readiness of library and information workers and the model of the process of forming of the University andragogical preparedness on the future of library and information workers, including target, theoretical, methodological, and substantive, organizational and activity and the productive-assessment blocks. Develop and implement a model in the educational process of the University allowed to conduct experimental work on the formation of andragogical preparedness on the future of library and information workers and achieve certain positive results.
