In the article authors considers the importance of the development of the vocational training at the University of the Humanities in a polycultural educational environment. Concepts of this type of the educational environment and its modifications have been defined, its peculiarities which actually serve as the directions of development of the system of vocational training of the modern specialist at the University of the Humanities have been revealed. Authors have formulated also features, basic peculiarities of the modern polycultural educational environment, required and adapted in accordance with the modern conditions of the modernization of the Russian professional higher education and the existence of the University of the Humanities in the conditions of a poliparadigmalnost of modern education and society.
