STUDENTS ACADEMIC MOBILITY THROUGH COMPETENCE APPROACH: HERMENEUTICAL ASPECT

The article substantiates the approval for the essential aspects of academic mobility that have been interpreted theoretically, practically and methodologically in contemporary pedagogical studies. Academic mobility development as a social phenomenon has been brought about through a complex of factors, including global trends in education and formation of international education space. Different directions in the academic mobility research and its actualization vectors predetermine the solution of the academic mobility problem topics in the context of miscellaneous branches of science. Pedagogical research focuses on such intrinsic aspects of academic mobility as its purpose, criteria and conditions of development, as well as the commitment of students and teachers. Understanding of academic mobility as a personal feature has received maximum amplification. Academic mobility promotes an increase in competitiveness of university graduates that is actualized in a total of novel competences.
