DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL AND COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF EMPLOYEES OF FUTURE POLICE OFFICERS: PEDAGOGICAL MODEL AND REALIZATION ON A BASIS THE SMART

In article the pedagogical model of development of social and communicative competence of police officers is analyzed. Process of realization of model is presented. Terms are given. Competence-based and resource approaches are used. Creation of the resource environment in educational corporation is shown. Activity of educational corporation is under construction on the principles of a historicism and professional prospects, resource selectivity and partnership, social orientation and technological efficiency. The structure of educational corporation provides modeling of events in the region, use the SMART – technologies. Educational process cultivates at police officers of value of democratic society, partner models of behavior, feeling of patriotism and a professional duty; motivates and provides development of modern information and communication technologies for observance of a law and order and public safety.
