Основываясь на взаимосвязи корпоративной культуры вуза и толерантной культуры отдельного студента, обучающегося в нем, предложена идея интеграции ценностей толерантности в корпоративную культуру вуза, что позволит усилить значимость толерантности как ценности и основы взаимоотношений и взаимодействия субъектов образовательного пространства. Обоснована роль информационных технологий в формировании когнитивной, аффективной и конативной сторон сознания студентов как представителей «цифрового поколения» в условиях дискуссионно-диалоговой коммуникации. Предложена структура и содержание сайта «Учимся Быть и Учимся Жить Вместе», позволяющего способствовать ориентации студентов на ценности толерантности, принятию их и закреплению в процессе включения студентов в интерактивные формы общения в диалоговом пространстве современной блогосферы.

The idea of integration of the tolerance values into the corporate culture of a higher school has been suggested in terms of the correlation between the corporate culture of a higher school and the tolerance culture of any student who studies there. The integration will promote increasing the tolerance significance as values and the basis of the interrelation of educational subjects. The role of the information technologies in forming the cognitive, affective and conative sides of the conscience of students, who are the representatives of the “digital generation”, has been proved in the conditions of the discussion-dialogue communication. The structure and the contents of “We Learn To Be and To Live Together” web-site has been suggested and it helps students be directed to the tolerance values, accept and consolidate them during the interactive communication in the dialogue space of the modern blogosphere.
