READY FOR CHOICE OF VARIANT DISCIPLINES STUDENTS OF UNIVERSITY: ANALYSIS OF PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS IN THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

With the introduction of the federal state educational standards of higher education must be a qualitative change in relation to the educational process of both students and teachers. Opportunities provided by the educational standards in the formation of HPE students of their educational trajectory based on the selection of disciplines offered elective part of the standard, are not implemented due to various reasons - lack of «real choice», not knowing their future professional prospects, lack of preparation for such a choice. Also of particular difficulty is the lack of «room for error.» Chosen discipline can convince students that it is not his type of activity. Change the course of training is. difficult, therefore the formation of readiness to choice of variant disciplines is very important and requires special attention. Formation of readiness to the selection of variant disciplines University student requires, above all, they are active and responsible attitude to their professional careers, as well as a number of organizational and pedagogical conditions related to the preparation of students for the formation of their professional careers.
