In article the model of competences training of professionals on the dynamically developing skills in the it industry, technological and methodological aspects of its realization in the information educational environment of a Federal University. Having analyzed the PLO it professionals of the Department of Mathematical modelling and information technologies in the economy of the branch TO(P)FU in the city. Naberezhnye Chelny (010500 Applied mathematics and Informatics, 230700 Applied Informatics, 080500 Business Informatics) an attempt was made to design a model of the competence of the it professional. Such a model is a systematic combination all of the unified requirements, the component of information resources and technologies, which have an impact on the specificity and efficiency of preparation of graduates for the account of Informatization of the educational, extracurricular, research and organizational-administrative environments of the University, the faculty and the graduate Department. One of the conditions for the implementation of such model of competencies is the informational educational environment of the Federal University, which is defined as a multi-component system consisting of electronic educational and methodical materials, science-intensive software, equipment and means of computer modelling, system determine the effectiveness of the training graduates, technical tools, databases and information and reference systems, automation of scientific and scientific-methodical researches, extracurricular and organizational-managerial activities, inherent in any University.Keywords: technological aspects, methodological aspects, the information educational environment, competence-based approach, methods of traditional and electronic pedagogics, professional standards in IT area.
