MODERN STUDENTS PROFESSIONAL CAREER PLANNING: GENDER ASPECT

This article deals with the problem of modern students professional career planning under conditions of gender differences. The social roles theory (A.H. Eagly) is described. The results of value experimental research of students are given in the article (Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University). The comparative analysis of modern girls and boys value orientation research results (S.H. Schwartz value conception adapted by Karandashev) and research results by Sandra L. Bem method are given too. The middle index let draw a conclusion of value importance and value differences in similar groups of modern young people - girls and boys. Sandra L. Bem method let reveal every student psychological sex.
